The processing time is usually 1-3 business days whatever you ordered.
Please keep in mind we do not work on holidays and weekends.
The production of the order and its delivery are different processes which have their own time.
All the prices in our shop are in US Dollars.
If the delivery is not free the customer should pay it in advance.
We can not refund the customer once the package is shipped.
We use UPS, DPD delivery services for shipping.
The delivery time is about 7-14 business days to deliver your package to the USA, to Europe - 7-10 business days. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America and Asia - 10-21 business days.
Please note that international delivery sometimes can take more time and there could be delays at customs especially on holidays.
The items are shipped in big boxes with the weight 7-23 kg (depends on your order) so there can be customs duty and/or import tax.
There are no customs duties if you are from the USA, the UK and Australia.
We do not refund once the order is shipped.
I will ship you the replacement for free in case the item was damaged during the delivery or lost.
